Youth Mapping
Consult
Youth Mapping Consult™ is a guided intake and support-planning session designed to identify the immediate needs, risk factors, strengths, and service gaps of a youth or family. Through this process, MAZE Youth Advocacy helps determine whether the youth needs crisis support, court-aligned programming, mentorship, exploitation prevention, housing support, family stabilization, or referral to a trusted community partner.
The goal is not to diagnose, but to map the youth’s current situation and create a clear pathway forward. When MAZE is the right fit, we provide direct support. When another agency or provider is better equipped, we help connect the youth and family to the appropriate network while remaining a bridge of advocacy and accountability when needed.
How We format The Pathway
Youth Mapping Consult™ helps youth and families identify needs, risks, strengths, and next steps. MAZE uses this process to determine whether direct support, partner referral, court-aligned programming, mentorship, or coordinated care is the best pathway forward.--Mapping the need. Building the pathway. Connecting the support.
